FAQ
Does it feel hard? It looks like it would.
It looks firm and feels the opposite. The walls are thin TPE that buckle under your head, so it's closer to a soft cradle than a block — more like being held than sinking. Most people describe it as "medium" after the first night.
Which sleeping position is it for?
Side and back sleepers get the most out of the neck contour. Stomach sleepers use the lower edge (10 cm). The cells adapt to any position, which is why combination sleepers like it — you don't need to re-arrange anything when you turn.
How long does it take to get used to?
Usually 3–7 nights. Your neck has adapted to whatever you've been sleeping on for years; a neutral position feels new at first. That's why the trial is 100 nights and not 30.
Does it really stay cool?
Yes — because there's almost nothing to hold heat. Around 90% of the pillow is open air, so warmth from your head rises straight through it. It's the same reason the grid doesn't get that damp, warm feeling foam gets by morning.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the pillow under lukewarm water, give it a shake and let it air-dry (about an hour). The mesh cover is machine-washable. TPE doesn't absorb sweat or oil, and dust mites can't live in it.
Will it fit my pillowcase?
Yes. It comes with its own breathable cover, and any standard pillowcase fits over the top.
